With twenty years of private equity and venture capital investment experience including a number of well-known tech companies, Warren has become a well-recognized venture capitalist and angel investor and has achieved successful exits throughout the span of his investment career. He was most recently the Partner in charge of Mellon Ventures’ New York office. Prior to Mellon, Warren was a founding Partner of Grand Central Holdings, an early-stage, venture firm and also pursued private investments for four years with GE Equity.

Before GE, he analyzed and structured leveraged buyouts with a middle market private equity firm. While pursuing his MBA, Warren evaluated technologies for The Ben Franklin Technology Center and, earlier in his career, he distinguished himself at BankBoston and Allen & Company. Warren received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business and his BA from Brown University and is based in New York, NY.
